  • Document requests and billing notifications.

  • Responses to your direct inquiries. Note: This program does not include marketing, promotional, or advertising content.

2. User Opt-In

By submitting a contact form on our website and checking the consent box, you are providing your express written consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or legal representation.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Receiving or responding to SMS messages from Ricky Dayaram Law, LLC does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established through a signed engagement letter or formal agreement with our firm.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your case activity, the complexity of your legal matter, and the frequency of your inquiries.

5. Cost, Message, and Data Rates

Ricky Dayaram Law, LLC does not charge for its SMS service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.

6. Opt-Out (STOP) & Help (HELP)

To Stop Messaging: You may opt-out of our SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to (850) 852-2008. You will receive a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. Privacy
